Material Features and Design Advantages
Catpower 4138 is manufactured from materials that maintain its performance even in the most challenging natural conditions:
Brushless Motor: The brushless design reduces energy loss, prevents the machine from overheating, and allows for years of maintenance-free use.
High-Strength Gear Structure: Metal gears used in the internal mechanism prevent deformation that may occur during intensive cutting.
Special Alloy Bar and Chain: The cutting components, made of wear-resistant steel, create a smooth cutting surface that does not crush wood fibers or harm the plant.
Non-Slip Soft Grip: The rubber-coated handle design, which prevents sweating and dampens vibrations, maximizes control over the machine.
Lightweight Compact Body: Aerodynamic design that can easily access narrow branches and be controlled with one hand in a balanced manner.
Areas of Use and Industries
This machine finds its place in every area where "mobility and sharpness" are paramount:
Agriculture and Fruit Growing: Annual pruning and thinning of olive, hazelnut, walnut, and citrus trees.
Landscape and Garden Maintenance: Shaping ornamental trees in parks, cleaning dried branches.
Construction and Carpentry: Rapid sizing of formwork boards, battens, and soft wood profiles on construction sites.
Hobby and DIY: Preparing firewood in home gardens or woodworking craft projects.
Municipal Services: Clearing branches obstructing visibility in cemeteries, median strips, and roadsides.
User Information and Maintenance Tips
Battery Compatibility: This product is sold as a "Solo Machine." If you do not have a Catpower 20V series battery, you will need to purchase a suitable ampere battery and charger to operate the product.
Chain Tension: If the chain is too loose, it can come off the bar; if it is too tight, it will strain the motor. Check for ideal tension before each use.
Lubrication Routine: Always keep the chain oil reservoir full to improve cutting quality and prevent the bar from burning.
Safety: Always wear protective glasses and gloves when using the machine. Although one-handed use is possible, be careful to keep your other hand away from the cutting area during cutting.
Why Choose Catpower 4138?
Catpower 4138 is a "spot-on" solution for those who do not want the bulkiness of large chainsaws but find hand shears insufficient for cutting thicker branches. The quiet and vibration-free operation of the brushless motor provides comfort to the user; its inclusion in the Catpower 20V ecosystem allows you to save on battery costs. It is a long-lasting, low-maintenance, and extremely practical pruning beast.
