Arstech M12 Drop-in Steel Anchor (Heavy-Duty, Galvanized Coating)

Unshakable Security on Concrete Floors: High Load Capacity Professional Anchoring Solution!

Developed for secure and permanent fastening of heavy loads to concrete surfaces, the Arstech M12 Drop-in Steel Anchor stands out with its superior tensile and strength performance. Thanks to its internal conical expansion mechanism, it provides perfect grip within the concrete hole after impact applied with the setting tool. Its flush-mount (non-protruding) design guarantees that M12 bolts and threaded rods (studs) are securely connected to the floor, wall, or ceiling with high tonnage safety.

Areas of Use

It is widely preferred as a heavy-duty anchoring element in construction, industrial assembly, and mechanical-electrical installation sectors:

Mechanical and Electrical Installations: For hanging ventilation ducts, fire pipelines, cable trays, and industrial pipes from the ceiling (together with threaded rods),

Suspended Ceilings and Lighting: For secure mounting of heavy suspended ceiling systems, industrial lighting fixtures, and spotlights to reinforced concrete ceilings,

Steel Construction and Structural Elements: For fastening steel columns, structural profiles, railings, and barriers to floor concrete,

Machinery and Equipment Installation: Used in factories and workshops to secure heavy industrial machinery, generators, and compressors to the floor, preventing them from being affected by vibration.

Material and Structural Features

High-Strength Carbon Steel: Features a heat-treated steel body structure that does not break or lose form under heavy loads, shear, and tensile forces.

Corrosion-Resistant Zinc Galvanized Coating: Electro-galvanized to provide rust resistance against moisture, water, and outdoor conditions in construction sites and assembly environments.

Precise Metric 12 Internal Thread Structure: Smoothly matches all standard M12 bolts, screws, and threaded rods. Does not cross-thread or strip.

Flush Blind Mounting: Since the anchor remains within the concrete hole level, it leaves no protrusion on the surface when the bolt is removed; it does not spoil the aesthetics of the floor or wall.

Application Method (How to Apply?)

Drilling: The concrete surface is drilled to the length of the anchor with a drill bit suitable for the anchor's outer diameter.

Cleaning: To ensure maximum friction surface for the anchor within the concrete, dust and mortar residues inside the hole are thoroughly cleaned with an air pump or brush.

Setting and Expansion: The anchor is placed in the hole. The special Setting Tool is inserted into the anchor, and the internal conical core is driven forward by striking the back with a hammer, ensuring the anchor body locks tightly into the concrete.

Fastening: The part to be mounted is brought to the surface, and an M12 bolt or stud is threaded into the anchor and tightened.

Pieces per Carton: 500 Pieces (1 Carton Box = 10 Packs x 50 Pieces)

Minimum Shipping Quantity: 1 Package (50 Pieces) (The product is shipped in packages of 50 pieces or original factory cartons of 500 pieces, fully compliant with your construction site, project, and dealer order standards. It is delivered in high-strength protective industrial packaging to prevent damage to its heavy metal structure and thread during logistics processes and to protect it from moisture.)

Important Safety Warning: For the anchor to reach its maximum load capacity as per catalog values, the quality of the concrete (C20/25 and above) is of great importance. Cleaning the dust remaining inside after drilling the hole is the most critical stage that ensures the anchor completely bites into the concrete wall; in uncleaned holes, the load capacity can decrease by up to 40%.
