Application Suggestion (How to Apply?)

Wrap the Teflon tape tightly around the threaded part in a clockwise direction (opposite to the screwing direction). You can gently press with your finger during wrapping to ensure the tape seats well between the threads. Depending on the pipe diameter and thread depth, 5 to 10 turns will generally be sufficient for sealing. After wrapping, tear off the tape, stick the end onto the thread, and complete the assembly.
