Eliminating the difficulties of traditional anchor systems, the Meridyen BULDEX Screw 7.5×120 mm is indispensable for these heavy-duty fastenings with its extra length, easy anchorless installation, and superior grip strength.

Purpose and Key Features

The primary purpose of the Meridyen BULDEX Screw is to deeply, securely, and with maximum grip fasten thick PVC, aluminum, or wooden frames and profiles directly to hard building materials such as concrete, brick, aerated concrete, and stone, without the need for anchors. The 120 mm length is ideal for thick mounting elements and additional insulation layers in walls.

Screw Type: Anchorless Concrete Screw (Buldex/Frame Anchor):

Its most important feature is that, thanks to its hardened steel body, it creates a high-strength connection by self-tapping into a pre-drilled hole in materials such as concrete, brick, or stone, without using an anchor.

Size and Application Area:

7.5 mm Diameter x 120 mm Length: The 7.5 mm thick diameter provides high tensile and shear strength, while the 120 mm length offers reliable and deep fastening, especially in projects with additional layers such as external facade insulation or where very thick window frames are used.

Special Thread Design (Dust Channel):

Special channels between the threads of Buldex screws eject dust and debris generated during screwing. This prevents the screw from jamming and allows it to maintain high grip strength even in hard materials.

Head Type and Drive:

It typically has a Countersunk Head and a T30 Torx drive recess.
